Not so good as the other 2 competitors. The audio guide does not sincronise with the location. The info in the audio guide are poor (a lot less then the competition) and in the volume of the sound is verry low (even at maximum volume). The coaches are preaty new. The earphones are the absolute cheapest that you can find. They hurt your ears. The competition have rubber covers that don’t hurt your ears. Moreover, if you hop off (which is the whole purpose of this), then it is almost impossible to get back on. They don't have enough buses. Avoid this company! I bought tickets for my family with the competitor company and accidentally tried to get on a gray line bus. The driver instead of explain me that I should wait for my bus literally tried to kick my mother who is a senior out from the bus. He was very rude and unprofessional. This gives a bad impression not to the company, but to the city and their people. Please hire people who respects any person. Very disappointing. Many seats without working audio guides and even if it is working the quality is so low that you have trouble to understand it. The blue route leads you through industry and the airport, there are no interesting sights on this route. It took way longer than 2 hours because we were stuck in traffic all the time. This has had mixed reviews but we enjoyed it. Obviously in August it is busy so if you get off on journey no guarantee you will get seats together, and on top deck if you get back on.
